For Science we now started a new topic: Fit and Healthy.
Now our science teacher wants us to write a post about
- Things I eat daily
- Which food are healthy in my daily diet
- Things I do for general fitness on a daily basis
So, for breakfast I'm normally not so hungry. So I eat a few grapes a banana or whatever fruit we have in house. WI always take two pieces of bread with me from home. The rest of the break I do stuff, but normally not sport related. I have PE every wednesday and thursday. And I do rugby every tuesday, and karate every saterday. For dinner, I normally have something that contains some kind of meat or soja. Some kind of vegetable and something containing starch (thing about potatoes, pasta, rice).
Some other things
- Most Dutch people like milk (Yes Kevin, even Casper likes milk), and because I'm Dutch... I love to drink milk, I drink about 7-8 glasses of milk a day. My whole family (my mom, my dad and my sister) and I drink about 3-4 bottles of 2 liter bottles of milk.
- On sunday I wake up late. And I eat my breakfast late sometimes around 11.00 am. So I normally skip my lunch.
- I'm a member of a fitness club, I don't go there on a regular bases. Sometimes I go a few times per week. Sometimes I don't go for two weeks.
I think I'm generally a quite healthy person. We almost never have some kind of cookies at home. So I just eat fruit. We almost never have dinner, and if we do we normally have yoghurt.
Except on special days (think about public holidays, when I go to a party or have a party myself). On these kind of day I tend to stuff myself full with unhealthy stuff. I also love drinking coca cola (always zero), which is not the healthiest thing ever too.
A few spelling mistakes but the diet is ok.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't really relate to the questions in paragraph one. Try to stick with fitness and health instead of your life at school. The layout and everything is okay.
ReplyDeleteI suggest that you just WAKE UP and do exercise in the morning, it wakes you up like it did in camp.
ReplyDeleteIf you say that "I am dutch so I love to drink milk" does that mean most Dutch likes to drink milk, even Casper?
